If you go anytime before 4 your perfect! You’ll have the sweetest blond lady ever. But if you come at night when the guy is there your SOL. He doesn’t know anything about vapes and will make you feel so uncomfortable you buy something just to get out. And one major problem is they will close a lot earlier than their store hours so you might wanna call before making the trip. There’s a place called Sky Rise Vapor, about 8 min up the road from Tinbac. It’s brand new and has a lot bigger selection and all around better experience!

Terrible customer service. Flat out lied to me about two products being compatible, which I bought separately. Once I returned home I realized that these two things would not work together. I went back to the store 10 min before it was scheduled to close. What do you know, Sarah(the owner) had already left. When I returned to the store I explained to them that because of their dishonesty I was forced go somewhere else to get something that did work, and that I would like a refund. Her words to me were, "Hey, it happens, but we don't do refunds! Now, if your going to act like that then we are going to ask you to leave." She then threatened that things would only escalate from here, instead of calmly trying so satisfy the guest and calmly trying to resolve the issue. What a joke that place is, I can not believe anyone would ever go there.

They have everything you need or want.even the house vape flavors are great.
However only one or two of the girls working there are people friendly with good customer service. However the worst is the blond with looks to be a hair lisp. She is a real B my wife won't even go there anymore. Myself I figured out that they rotate evenings shifts weekly so I only go every other week.

Showed up at 9:18 pm and they are already closed when the sign says 9:30 pm. Said the system was down. Had plenty of shops still take cash when the system is down. Wanted to buy juice of a certain flavor that I only get here cause I can say this store has the best tigers blood that I've found. Really disappointed.

This place is amazing, been going here since they first opened. They have amazing sales all through the year and treat their customers with care. They offer a variety of things as well as having amazing home decor and band posters. Great place, I will never use a different smoke shop, and that says alot because I drive 30 minutes in order to go to this place!
