Walked in had to wait for the cashier to finish talking training, for 5 minutes was about to give a one star, but the cashier finally came and helped! She was friendly, very knowledgeable about product and turn me onto something new!

Miss the old management as I knew that lady from coming in to the store for years. She would always ask me about my family and make small talk. Let me shop and look at things. (There is a lot of stuff there.)
The new people seem friendly enough and helpful just seems to be missing that personal touch. I like to browse. Sometimes lately I feel like they are waiting for me to hurry up and buy and get out the door.

Place used to have everything I needed and they were close by. Now they are “back ordered” on everything and have lowered the amount of vape juice they sell. If you want a disposable vape they have it all. If you want bottled juice they have almost nothing and what they do have is zero nicotine

Drove from Kaufman to store which said open until 930 pm . I pull up at 915 pm and the guy inside has doors locked and I can see him. I knock and he says closed . I said but it’s 915. He says oh well . I flipped him the bird . Not impressed with him and wondering where the good reviews came from on here .

This is a great place to shop,the new lady Linda is really nice and cheerful and makes you laugh . She takes the time to asks about your needs and helps you pick out the product's and accessories that best for you n. She really seems to care about the customer. Great experience!! My husband and I went there and purchased something and right away he noticed he got the wrong thing and the guy that rung him up told him he couldn’t exchange it he should’ve read it before he brought it….. we never left the store and we only wanted to exchange it for the right thing…… we will never go there again
