Daniel and Demundre are life savers! After a different nearby smoke shop decided to stop ordering the only disposable vape I’m able to use (and subsequently were disgustingly rude about it), I called Klowdz and not only did they have EXACTLY what I was looking for, but these two gentlemen were friendly and amazing. I’m more than happy to drive the few miles out of my way to come here thanks to Daniel and Demundre! Y’all saved the day! Thank you both for turning my day around :)

The associate who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, easy-going, and kind! The product they helped me find was top notch, and they had a lot to choose from! It was my first time visiting this location, and was super pleased with my experience. I wish this establishment, and its’ employees the best! ☺️

Excruciatingly small inventory, so I was railroaded into buying an overpriced plastic piece for someone who didn't like the color.

Tried to exchange it and they said it smelled like weed and treated me like a criminal and told me to step outside, despite there only being 3 employees and an unused product in the store.

They were acting like I was an undercover inspector/officer trying to catch them in some act.

The most aggressive shopping experience I've ever had. Period. Just buy online.

I broke my Smok IPX-80. I went back to DFW Vapor where I got it, to get another and they told me that my vape was really cool and they've never seen one before. I searched around and got on the Klowdz website and found the exact replacement and 10 dollars cheaper than what I originally paid for it. The Klowdz Plano didn't have it, but knew that the Mckinney location would have it. I called and made sure and they HELD it for me. That was really cool. The guys in the store were very friendly. This store has my vape juice too that's been hard to find. Thanks guys for making my day. You have gained a long time customer.

Been shopping here for about 3 years and found them back when I started vaping, they were always happy to recommend new product lines, new hardware to check out/invest in, and it's one of the few stores I've been to where the boss treats his employees like his own kids - everyone working there seems genuinely pleased to see you and help answer any of your questions and will remember your name/order if you usually go with the same one every time like I do - they'll say "Hey, Chase. The usual?" and I'm in and out in 2 minutes.

It's also nice that you can request curbside delivery if you're in a hurry or not looking very presentable that day.

I could go to any vape store and get similar products (although Klowdz absolutely has the best selection of any store for miles) but I come back for the sense of community. The store owner, Mo, is also a great dude who tries to remember all of his regular's names/jobs/purchases and is just an all-around nice guy that cares passionately about his local community and their health. The place is clean and Klowdz' clientele is always very polite too.

Demundre and Nathan provided an amazing amount of information and explained things very simply for my situation. The selection that they have available in the store is ridiculous. They provided me with a range of options and recommendations to help me with my anxiety.

If you're new to the idea of CBD or Delta-8 but think it might help you and your situation check this place out.

Kloudz Vapor is the best vape shop in town. More than just a vape shop as you can find them going above and beyond for your comfort ability. Very kind and caring for everything they do. Just great people in general!!!

I spent a long time carefully choosing products, then at the counter they refuse to sell to me because a friend of mine was present without ID. This is a store policy not the law, the law says only I can buy it and that’s what I was doing. They wasted the time and made the products go back on the shelves and lost a customer in the process. If they can’t tell the difference between a straw buyer, and a legitimate customer then they should post this policy clearly on the door. Nowhere on the front of the store does it state their policy that you must be a certain age to enter. Let alone that you can’t have anyone accompany you. If they’re so strict on this policy why not post it clearly? The issue I have is not with the law it’s with them wasting time and not being clear about the policy.
