I went to this store to buy coils for my vape device, the guy that help me took my vape to confirm which were the right ones, say the end he gave the world one, once I verify them notice then, they were not the right ones, contact them and they told me that once I get out of the store they can exchange them neither or give me a refund, worst service ever.! And leave one star so I can leave this review, but did not deserve nothing

I go in with my friend to purchase a smoking device and the staff was very helpful because they were figuring it out with us but nonetheless uneducated on any of it. Once we spent 45 minutes “picking the right one” we get to the register and we ask before purchasing. “If the device does not work can we return it?” They said yes. We proceeded with the transaction stepped outside to try it. It didn’t work. Went back inside, they tried to figure out (three employees). Still doesn’t work. We then try to return it and they said we would have to come back when a manager is present. Then to make things less complicated we said we would like to just trade it out for a more expensive one they still declined. My friend then goes back the next day on his lunch hour (the time they said the manger will be there) to speak to the manager and they were not there. I’ve shopped here for close to a year but I don’t recommend this spot due to unethical customer service.

I have always bought here I am a regular customer and I like the attention they give, but I have had several problems with the elfbar vapors, they do not taste like anything or they taste burnt and I do not want the money, I just want them to exchange it for another because they are not The cheap ones cost $22 and the supervisor's treatment was not correct. I am just saying that be careful when you buy and have a similar problem, they will not change the product and the supervisor's attention is not correct.
