Purchased “Puffco” atomizer from this store, that causes the light on my puffco to flash indicating a short circuit. Meaning I purchased a defective or possibly counterfeit product, the product I purchased was not sealed leading me to believe it may have been tampered with. I attempted to return the item and they refuse to resolve the issue. I was able to acquire a new atomizer and it’s works perfectly. Soooo shame on ArtofSmoke for not making this right for a customer! Along with being extremely rude and disrespectful! I Would not recommend this store or any affiliated stores. SMH

The response below, to my first comment is very similar to how I was treated when I visited the store. I was blamed for this issue and forced to try and resolve it for myself. Combative, argumentative, and not taking accountability are words that come to mind. It would have saved us both sometime if you would have made this right and handled the warranty with Puffco. It would have been easier to keep me as a loyal customer, than try to convince the world that you are right and not the Customer…… **Warning**Just make sure you know who you are doing business with, if you absolutely have to visit this store. Just stopped by tonight for a new coil. The girl at the counter helped me right away and she was nice. The experience and expertise demonstrated tonight was on par with a convenience store/gas station selling Phillip Morris.
I asked for a coil for my device and requested the higher resistance of the two options your shop carries. After a few minutes of googling, salesperson reached in a bin and began comparing against resources. Then reached in a similar bin and offered both as a solution... because they will both work...
Do y'all remember what vaping is all about? Personalization. I ain't going to some gas station for a cheap fix. I'd rather spend more time driving further to a decent vape shop than waste money on something I explicitly don't want.
Other associate helped me because associate A was trying to read coil inside of pod with a flashlight rather than just getting a paper towel and pulling it out.
While being helped by associate A, the
other was pushing product that has "been selling well" (while the passed few months supply has been limited) and I haven't had my favorite brands in stock for almost a year. I think the convenience is no longer worth my time here. there are another 2 shops that are just as close to my house.
