I love Smokey Jones! They always have a positive attitude when I walk in the store. They’re eager to attend any customer. Worker Yesly and Meyssell are usually the ones that are there when I come and I’ve never had any problems with them. Very nice! I would recommend to anyone.

Please train your employees. I asked if a product was in stock 3 times over the phone with a young lady that continued to mumble over the phone and even in person. I had to ask her to repeat herself 7 different times. Turns out it isn’t even carried by this shop so why was I told they had some in stock? I don’t mind mistakes, but I absolutely DO mind when someone wastes my time. This was a cool shop, but I will not be returning.

You can tell Mr Jones, or is it Mr Smokey?...put quite a bit of thought and passion into this place the moment you walk in the door. They have a decent amount of what I'd consider the most popular brands to choose from. There was an above average number of employees working the counters for a Monday afternoon. All of whom were exudeding positive vibes. I was looking for a specific brand of vape juice...(which unfortunately for me they didn't have) so I asked the young man Ryan for his recommendations, made my purchase and was on my way. FWIW the juice I was considering ranged between $15-17 for 30 mils. A lil steep but hey, Smokey's gotta smoke right? 😋
