Absolutely best place i’ve ever been to. Wonderful staff very welcoming. Helped me with all my many questions. I forgot her name. I think it was Tari or Tary maybe. Smaller girl. It was her birthday yesterday and she was working. she deserves the prize. i will be back because of her kindness.

Sorry about the last post. It was the heat if the moment. I'll take the blame on that one! I eventually figured it out. The battery pac works great! Also I do appreciate the quick reply and still wanting to make it right. Nice products and a wide variety of selection!

This place is amazing! Great variety of items. The owner is super nice and helpful. Went in there late and he stayed way past closing time to help me and my friend out. Prices are great! This will be my one stop shop! Loved it!

I don't write reviews often, but I had to give a shout out to Smokey Jones, they have Great Service and Selection. I've been coming here for over 2 years, and it hard to find shops that compare. Love the expansion and new products. I definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

I've been to this shop on a few different occasions. The young lady that works in the evening time has provided nothing but phenomenal customer service each time I've dealt with her! Met a gentleman the other day and he stated that he was an owner, again, phenomenal customer service and wonderful product knowledge. This evening's experience was beyond lack luster and I'm hesitant to go back. I'm unsure of the woman's name, she's in her late 40s/early 50s and stated that she's an owner. While there, my friend had requested a specific product, she sold him the wrong one. After requesting that we test all products in store, he realized that it was the wrong thing. She refused to exchange it for the right one, not even knowing that they carry the correct product. No big deal but didn't care for the general demeanor and commentary (highly negative) after. We never mentioned a refund or exchange after her long rant about being a business owner and not eating costs that were her mistake with the product. On my way out I told my friends we would come back to see the girl that's helpful and knows what he likes (again, been there a number of times). The owner then made the comment that she will fire her immediately if she's exchanging products (poor management as workers are a dime a dozen, GOOD employees are hard to find). Don't try the Jones Joints (CBD), the product is ground so fine and loosely packed that it will not burn but fall apart on you (literally hot cherry in my lap). Overall, smoke shops are all over the place and it seems more like a roll of the dice as to what experience you may have here.

I have been shopping at Smokey Jones since it first opened at this location. I've had nothing but excellent service from the owner's and staff! The expansion of the business/building has allowed them to bring in a wide variety of products for all walks of life! I suggest you check them out of you haven't already!! Great vape/smoke shop. Come for vape juice and devices but they carry a wide range of different products. Most of the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. But dealing with Yesly is always a pleasure. She is a great asset to this business. Always very friendly and helpful and truly cares about customer service
