Bought a new smok device and it went bad in just a few days. Brought back the device to the store and was told they can’t exchange because the box was open. How are we to know if it works?? Now i have to make a warranty claim with Smok instead of just exchanging the defective device they sold me. Horrible policy and i will never never never suggest this store to anyone. How do you sell a electronic device to someone and tell them once they open the box you can’t return it. More complaints to come. And to add I’m not making false allegations. Item can’t be returned after its opened?? That makes sense with an electronic product?? So you can sell defective products but then have the customer go thru a warranty process instead of doing the right thing and replacing it. I have sent many people to your store because i thought i was getting good service. I will use every power i have to show how stupid your policy is. Good luck to you.

So now the owner says that an item you buy from his store and once your out the door if it doesn’t work you have to go thru the manufacturer. How does that sound for customer service!! I support small businesses all threw Tampa with my voice but your hurting consumers more than your helping. Every other smoke shop in Hillsborough County said your policy is trash. Until i get a replacement for what i bought you will be just another bs business.

AMAZING customer service. I went in to spend a few dollars and ended up spending a lot more I mean they got everything you could think of and I loved the prices like they beat every smoke shop I been to even if you don’t want to but y right away I promise you just stop by and check them out I promise you , you won’t be disappointed.

Went there for the first time today and I felt so comfortable going in. They staff was friendly. We got along so well. Answered all our questions, had everything we needed, and the music was making me dance. Went there for 2 things and left with more than expected. Love this place!
