This is over priced vape store & staff are not friendly & acting rude. They refused to return or exchange even with purchase was yesterday, although show the reciept & item was still sealed.
Very bad service not gonna visit them again.

Best smoke shop in SD. They never fail to have everything that I need. Wraps, bongs, things for my rig. I got my puff co from there, it’s the absolute best for dabs, works amazing. It’s easy to use/clean with no torch!! Dope selection of bongs, even for my puff co!! Couldn’t ask better service, I can count on them for just about anything ❤️ Thanks guys 🙏

Am a repeat customer but unfortunately not anymore. My Hyde disposable 4000 puff pen ($30) burnt out within 15 minutes of getting it. We brought it back, they tried it and agreed it tasted burnt out but didn't replace it. Not sure why they tried it if they had no intention of helping in some way.

This is the biggest vape and smoke shop I’ve ever been in, here in San Diego.
I was welcomed as soon as i walked into the door. I was looking for juice & a new mod kit. Got hooked up with the aegis legend kit with the Zeus tank and some skwezed green apple! I highly recommend you stop by and see the variety of juice, glass, mods & salt nicotine devices and salt juice! Thanks Vape & Smoke Universe, I’ll see you guys soon!
