I’m not sure what has prompted these negative reviews, but the store is nice and the guy behind the counter was super sweet to me and the couple ahead of me in line. I just swing in for disposables, but I’ve never had anything but a great experience there.
Edit: I now see that most of the reviews are old, so I can assure anyone looking that the place has greatly improved over time

Always tries to nickel and dime you, I bought something that was $5, and exchanged it for two items that were $2.39 each without ever leaving the store and he told me it was another dollar. Are you kidding me? If anything he would owe me change which I could care less about. He got flustered because I was about to ask for a full refund and then told me to just take it. I swear this happens every time I go there. I need to just go across the street to the place with the five star reviews. Screw this place.

When in to look around for affordable not super cheap water pipe. I looked around where they had their water pipes and everything was pretty expensive. The guy working there didn't even acknowledge me when I can in. I asked if they had more selection? he show me other water pipes they were all really expensive for a basic water pipe. So I said okay thank you. That guy laughed and said thank you for what. So on top of being overpriced and not having much selection hey are extremely rude. Looked at another place not even a block away I found a water pipe half the price

All sales are final because it's over-priced and WILL break. Got a small glass pipe that broke when it just rolled over on the same table it was laying on. Also got a torch that melted itself and doesn't even light any more. Didn't offer to exchange just the torch, but "give a good discount on another". I left. I will just go to Dave's Cave from now on.
