We had a wonderful experience finding our Unique Piece in this store. Eric was very helpful with the information also getting the right piece and right price from the manager for us. The owner is very nice. The store looks nice and clean. You get options with variety of good quality pieces. All the staffs are friendly and respectful. I highly recommend this place.

Since they moved to the new place, everything is going down, no real management.
Price tag is $19.99 but on the system it is $20+ then I got taxed once again.
Be aware and double check before you are check out from them.
Never come back again.

I am a regular at Aztec smoke shop. Jose always helps me out with anything and everything I need. Jose is very knowledgeable in his product and gives the best advise. Jose customer service is above and beyond and if it wasn’t for him I would probably switch smoke shops. I think you should have more people that are personable like Jose.

I got an awesome water pipe from this shop for a great price. Huge selection they have everything and I love their incense selection. Shoutout to Maria for being super helpful and friendly, she should get a promotion. Super knowledgeable and hooked it up! She even gave me a diff bowl piece, thanks Maria you're rad!

A grinder that sells for about $18 everywhere else, they sold for $36. When the cheap aluminum grinder handle broke on the second use, I tried to return it. The price wasn’t the issue; it was his failure to stand behind his merchandise. Now, in the market for an expensive top-of-the-line grinder, I’ll be spending my money online. At least Amazon gives refunds and exchanges. This guy doesn’t.
They wouldn’t do a thing about it. They carry something there that I want. I’d rather be without it than to spend money at this rip-off place. Bad business people, horrible customer service.
Would recommend NOT BUYING HERE.
We’re in the “shame on me” zone if I gave them any more money. BUYER BEWARE.

Walked into Aztec smoke shop to grab some tattoo supplies and was more than impressed with cleanliness of the shop and knowledge from trevor. Shop is setup well and has everything you can need. I would highly recommend checking it out. Also have a great selection of glass. Definitely gonna come back next time I need anything.

Experience was unbelievable! I came in to buy a hookah, and they spent over an hour with me, helping me find something that I love! Usually nobody likes to spend that much time with a customer, but this place is Awesome! And the best part is they still hooked me up and gave me a 20% off for being a first time customer! If you go in make sure to say you're a first time customer for the discount! Great experience and great shop!! Thank You Aztec Smoke Shop!

I was very happy with my experience at Aztec smoke shop, I always see it when driving home and finally i decided to stop by. When i was walked in I was immediately greeted and my first reaction was that i was surprised by the large selection they had to offer, all kinds of shapes and sizes. I was easily able to find something in my price range. the staff was pleasant and willing to work with me to get the best product and deal. I definitely will be returning :)

Don’t trust!!!! THEY SELL FAULTY PRODUCT!!! They allow you to try the product before you leave the store, but often times the product is still faulty!! PLS BE CAREFUL BEFORE SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE!! Just bought a disposable today that died 10 minutes after I left the store, cost 20$ And it was working fine before I left the store. BEWARE OF FAULTY PRODUCT!!! NO REFUNDS!! ESPECIALLY NOT FROM THE OWNER!!!
