No care for their customer. Sold my friend the incorrect juice with a really high amount of nicotine. She’s now extremely sick. They told her “not our fault” and hung up. Won’t even offer an exchange for the correct item. Didn’t even apologize. Embarrassing for the manager of this place that this is how the employees are trained. If someone asks for help, HELP THEM. Don’t be lazy and blame the customer because you’re zooted out of your mind.

Been spending alot of money here, tonight I asked to see a mod out of the box with the intent of purchasing because mine broke, I was told if the box wasn't open they couldn't open it to show me. Just lost about 80 dollars a week from me, plenty of real shops around where you can see what you are buying.
What a joke this place is I tried to run through as I was in the area again and when they opened I walked in and was asked if I could wait outside. Stood outside for 5 minutes and asked if they were ready, was told no with no explanation or apology, never again.

5 minute break at lunch OK that's understandable. But still on break at 245 when I come back? Horrible establishment should never state that its open if it's employees are just wasting other people time "taking breaks"

I stopped vaping and my wife never knew what I got her so I had her go in here because ive been there before and they have helped me… idk who they have in this place now but I had my wife bring in her vape pen so they could help her with coils and juice… she showed them her vape pen (standard e juice and coil) and they gave her the right coils, but gave her salt mic juice…. She is now sick in bed super nauseous and they are telling me she made a mistake and pointed to the wrong vape behind the counter ( because she saw the brand she likes) and they will not even refund our money for that juice…. Her first words when she went in were here is my vape please help me… so just be cautious and do your own research before trusting what they tell you!!

Not even a one star. Uneducated people selling products thay obviously don't know anything about. Told them I needed help for the replacement cartridge and even gave them my vape and sold me salt nic that does not even belong in my vape...sick as a dog not to mention I got coils as well and they were the correct coils so he should of known better.

Ashley was seriously so sweet and welcoming, she made sure I was taken care of! This is my favorite smoke shop the transactions are always really quick and the people are always super friendly and helpful.

Went in to grab a new battery for my vape pen. Good variety, lots of juices, really interesting incense. Cashier asked what kind of cartridge I was using, and I indicated it was a CBD cart from Trulieve.
They promptly asked me to leave, preventing any further queries, stating that federal law prohibits them from discussing anything medical marijuana related, even if you're licensed in the state for it.
If true, this rating is for the complete lack of tact and courtesy in relating something I was completely unaware of.
However, I went to a shop over on San Jose, had a similar discussion, picked up a little over $200 of miscellany, no problems there.
