TJ's I love this place. I love the workers everybody is kind and helpful and friendly the service is really quick, they know what they're talking about in there. And what I love is since they're a neighborhood smoke shop if there's something you need and they don't have it in stock they're kind enough to order it for you these guys get a five-star.

A little torn, just moved to the area and was driving back 20 mins to where I used to shop after the first visit the prices were high. However, this place is at the front of my complex so went with convenience and everyone is friendly. That time the price of the disposable was better, 16.99 for 5500, a dollar or so cheaper than the other place. The first one was defective, no pull at all and she was nice and switched it no issues and got a card for $1 off the next. Came back the next time and WITH the card it came out to $24. Def tasted burnt on the 2nd day but it happens. So I’m on the fence

Always a good experience going in to TJ's. Always have super friendly customer service and they a very knowledgeable about all of their products. If I was able to give a six star rating I 100% would. And big shout out to the security guard that was there last time I went in amazing person and pleasant to be around

This vape shop is horrible, at first you think ok they are friendly so you keep coming back! Well I just spent 152.00, I purchased vape juice two 3 MG bottles, a voopoo vinci , a glass item and 2 salt nic items for our friend that is staying with us we accidentally bought the wrong kind, now keep in mind we shop there all the time and these 2 tiny bottles of salt nice are 19.99 a piece! My friend called and kindly asked for an exchange not opened bottles and purchased in less than an hour ago...... they wouldn't even let me exchange the two for different ones , I will NEVER shop there ever again!

I’m not exaggerating when I say this place is second to none in Jacksonville. Amazing store, the variety of Juices and Vaporizers blew me away the first time I went in. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable when they recommended some products to me. The Owner was very kind and will definitely continue to get my business! P.s.. Only thing that could make it even better is if the thermostat got turned down a few degrees.. just sayin
