Depends on who is working if your visit was pleasant. The red hair guy with glasses was rude and pushy to get you out the door. So based on last experience I am going with a 1* . I am changing my stars because AbdulLatif has been amazing everyday that we have gone. He single handedly made our visits worth it unlike the young man we dealt with last night. Latif of it was just you getting rated it would be 10+ stars

Very knowledgable staff on site. Seemed to actually care about their customers needs. They dont pressure you to buy! We come there every trip we take to daytona and will continue to!

Had a great experience. Went in not really knowing exactly what I wanted, but David was an amazing help. I took his recommendation and I love the product that i ended up purchasing. Will definately be a returning customer. :)

So last night 05/25/2021 I went inside with the intent on spending $200, as my wife and I are looking through various products a young man who worked there helped us out. Here's where the -10 ⭐ comes in to play, (extremely) long story short the casher attempted to over charge for EVERYTHING I picked out. He "said" the register was broke when I asked why he was using his phone to total up my stuff ( I went back to and randomly asked the worker there at the time was something wrong with the register. The reply was a hard no, when I asked to speak to the owner nobody seemed to have a contact number"strange" I want my $75 back that this particular employee STOLE from me and the owner of this company. I would dislike having to sue over $75 but I will.

I feel the only reason this place should even get a star is because it is a beautiful, organized store. The experience was TERRIBLE, - I've been to many smoke/vape shops and have generally been greeted, but holy rude sales associate! The guy just sat on his phone and basically watched me the entire time I was in there, almost as though he was waiting for an excuse to kick me out. I asked one question about a product and was snapped at with a "no". I'm surprised this place has such great reviews. I won't be returning or recommending.

Despite an amazing location and a large, well curated store their prices are actually comparable to almost any other smoke shop I've been to.
Add to that an astoundingly helpful staff, and excellent selection, and you have one of the best smoke shops I've ever been in. I don't know what it says about me, but I've seen quite a few... Around the world...
I'm in every few days to purchase kratom (of which they carry a wide variety) and will continue to buy specifically from them. I could probably find the same product for the same price closer to home. But this store, and it's management, inspire customer loyalty. I think that's the best review one could give.

Beautiful store but the staff completely ignored customers willing to pay. There was a tiny, bearded man with an accent who was particularly rude. He seemed incredibly reluctant to do his job, at least for us. If you want quality service and products go to Purple Haze or the other store entering Daytona that also starts with a 'P'. Spend your money elsewhere.

I bough vape for like $45 a good one bee something had it for kit long pulled magnetic cartridge out whole thing fell apart brought it back refused to replace it even though manufacture malfunction

Tho there is friendly staff members, and the shop is very nice. The gas mask bongs are not worth the price at all! (Leakage) The Manager had horrible service and bad communication and is very impatient with customers. He also Threatened to call the cops when I had brung the defective product back that is the same as the rest of them. After bringing 5 new ones just to prove they leak, he still denied. Water was on the counter visibly noticed by others. He also tried to make prices higher than they are, after trying to exchange it for something else cheaper (bubbler, said it was $40), I had checked for myself to see if I was getting ripped off and the price of the bigger one was $30, he got agitated worse and then thats when he threatened to “call the Cops”, one of his staff tried to talk some sense into him. Horrible customer service! thank you to Christine, the kind women who understood how to treat customers. She deserves to be manager! Super Generous!
