Literally awful lol. Every time I go to get coils for my vape, they hand me the wrong coils and try to tell me they are correct but don’t fit in my vape. 🥴 several times I have showed pictures of them and they say they have them and scan them before without showing me, and then won’t refund me when then give me the wrong ones. So fed up

Buyers beware!! Employees recommend and sell you products that doesn't work and won't offer you a refund or exchange. They should post a sign that says "Shop at your own risk!"

I recently moved to the area and found Xhale City. I have really been pleased with the knowledge, customer service, selection, and price. Their prices on vape juice and equipment is very competitive.(and special offers on juice each Tuesday). I'm happy to have found my new favorite store!
