Every time I go to this place the staff are very rude, they don’t acknowledge customers when they come in. I have went here on several different occasions and the staff are sitting down talking to each other for long periods and does not acknowledge your presence. Also they are not knowledgeable about their products. I have brought the wrong coils twice for my vape because they just sell you anything. I still have 2 packs of coils that I can’t use because my vape does not use these types of coils and when you tell the staff this they get upset and become snobby. Also they do not take returns even if you have not opened them. Another thing I hate about this store is they never have what you need. Then it take them forever to get it. After today’s experience I will not go back here.

The store was great, however the girl running the store was very rude to me. She had no problem however, leaning across the counter and flaunting herself at my fiance. I overlooked it at first until I asked her a question about a product and she laughed and looked at my fiance and began to make fun of me for not knowing. Will not be returning.

I come here every week and I've never had anything close to a complaint. Well, the tee shirts in the back are pretty dope but I couldn't find any in a smaller size. Besides that, this store is my favorite vape shop and I highly doubt I'll be doing my business anywhere else anytime soon. All of the employees are also really cool, I enjoy the products I buy here and also the people I buy them from. Thanks you guys! Never change.

As you can see from the above review I have been coming to this store for 4 years. I've probably spent thousands of dollars here. After my last two visits, with the two new guys you hired, I will not be back. Maybe you should explain to them they are supposed to talk to the customers, not each other. I didn't even get to finish my question before they resumed their rather loud "conversation". OK There are a lot more vape shops in Loganville now than there used to be.

If you vape, this place has everything you need. They have discount days, so ask an employee about when they are during your next visit. The employee that I met was very knowledgeable about their products. Will be back to buy one of their cartridge style vapes soon to save money.
