WOW! As soon as I walked in I was kindly greeted with a big smile. The workers had great customer service and very knowledgeable about their products. I was amazed about their selection of products they had from elf bar disposable vapes, hookah water pipes, shisha and coals. 10/10 recommend checking out this head shop!

Love this spot. They stay stocked on the best elf bar flavors and always have the newest ones. When I needed help getting my puffco peak running and they were happy to assist. They have a cool display of heady glass as well as hookahs also. I even got my first illadelph here and ash catcher. will be back!

The atmosphere here is phenomenal ! Went in for some delta 8 and got the luxury of looking at the cool starwars graffiti as i checked out. Every employee seemed very knowledgeable on the products i was looking for. Top of the line crew.

This Cloud 9 is not my local shop, but I am willing to go out of my way to come to this location because of the friendly workers and knowledge they provide about their products. Everytime I am in there, no matter who is working, whether it's Mitchell, Sahara, or any of the wonderful people there. I know I'm walking into a positive environment full of people who really know what they are talking about. These guys helped me out and answered all my questions about a recent purchase of a pipe and some accessories. I will be coming back here for ALL of my upcoming needs.

- I've been coming here for over 6 months and have been hooked on their wide variety of vapes, cbd, and other miscellaneous items for my leisure time.
- The store has always been spotless and tidy every single time I've been in there.
- The customer service has always been outstanding when it comes to friendliness and knowledge of their products.
- I highly recommend this store to anyone and everyone interested in vaping, cbd, or even cool gifts for your vape/smoker friends. (Cool gray camo shark duffle bag I'm looking to pick up next time I go.)
- Also, my favorite go to vapes are the ELF BARS. (Blue Razz Ice and Energy flavors.)
- And any flavor of the HEALING NATION CBD Gummies does it for me. Highly recommend.

This is by far the best smoke shop to go to. The vibe is upbeat and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Andy helped me pick the best glass pieces for my needs. The moment you walk in, you'll definitely feel welcome by their Staff Members immediately. The interior design itself makes me feel like I'm literally in the wonderland of Cloud 9. There are numerous selections to go off from, Hookahs, Shisha, Disposable Vapes, Water Pipes, Delta 8s, etc. You name it and they'll most likely have it.
Employees are always professional, friendly, and dependable on your questions. On the plus side, they also provide 10% discounts to military and law enforcement. A+ for that for supporting our service members! Highly recommended both locations 10/10 for all my needs. Thank you again, Cloud9!
