Last night I decided to come get some E-Juice around 9:15, and was welcomed for 5 minutes until one the dudes working this night was giving me an attitude because I corrected him on he question I was asking. He about popped because I said I didn’t ask that I asked what “E-Juice is similar to Candy King Batch”. Other guy after that sorta gave me an attitude as well after that but was only one willing to help me.
Second time I’ve been to this one and not sure I’ll come back. No one knew about any of the E-Liquids except 10 flavors out of their entire selection and didn’t know how the glass carb caps work. I’ll try another location at a more busier time. Obviously they threw whoever they could get on the night shift Tuesdays.
First time I came to this location I was treated respectfully, everyone there knew about the products they were selling and were super friendly. Hence why I’m giving this location 2 stars instead of 1, hire people who actually enjoy their job please!

Horrible experience. Went in for some ejuice, and to look around. Only one guy working. Had rap music blasting so loud that I couldn't hear him and he even turned it up when the next song came on. He Didn't know the selection, he couldn't recommend anything. I decided on my own to try Milkshake man, strawberry shake. It actually makes me nauseous Prices are through the roof. $25 for coils that go for $5 online and a take that goes for $15 online was prices at $50!! Never will go again.

The franchise has grown over the last couple years from being a fairly generic glass & vape provider to becoming a significant shop in Georgia. The shop expanded a while ago and it's improved the atmosphere of the store overall. Definitely a good choice of heady glass, specialty glass cleaning, and every type of papers on the market. The stock of vape supplies is also quite massive, but It's not my preference so I don't have much to review other than a huge selection. Xhale also hosts events that include sales and really try to know those customer base. It's a good blend between a franchise and "your local independent smoke shop".
I've had issues in the past with employees having a lack of experience or pure lack of knowledge on the inventory directly behind them. That's the case for many shops but it's improved over the last couple years to where I haven't had any issues worth noting.

I wish I could give a 0. I would not recommend this place . The guys that work here do not speak and they don’t acknowledge customers. We were looking for incense holders they were no help, but hey we will never shop here again. We found a better smoke shop with wayyyyy better product and a better selection.

Won't ever shop here again. They sold me a bad vaporizor. The manager said that he wouldn't have sold it to anyone (why is it in your store?) And they dont take returns and they try their best to find a reason to not give you an exchange. $110 down the drain. Stay away from this store. Also, receipt does not say no ruturns.
