I'd give you guys zero stars if it was possible. Y'all say that you are open until 7. But you shut the door in my face at 6:45. Really great customer service at Rusty's pile of needles! Good thing I never gave you my business and will continue to go elsewhere.

Bought a $200 oil rig home, used it once and it cracked in 3 pieces. I went back the same day and got another $150 oil rig, worked decently then went to clean it and it cracked in 5 different places.
I have never had such a bad experience with 'high quality glass' before.

Broke a piece of my rig today, Thanksgiving morning!!!! In a panic I found Rusty's online. I arrived and realized I didn't know the all the fitting sizes. Jaya, was so nice and helpful. She helped me out and had the patience of an angel. Today I'm thankful for the staff at Rusty's, yall are lifesavers!!!!

I just went in to get my gf some kratom and the older black guy there attended me and was so rude when I was just simply asking simple questions about if he had a combo of 3 different strains, proceeding to say he cant talk about consumption even though I said nothing about it, just a nasty unnecessary additude, dude find another job if you hate yours, the price was also very steep and I was going to buy some but that guys additude just drew me away, awful experience dont recommend this place...
