Do not go to this smoke shop. Dude rushed me through setting up my vape. I was trying to follow the instructions so I didn't dry hit it. And the dude got irate that was taking too long to follow the instructions. Made me hit the vape dry, 23 dollars down the drain. Then, when I told him about himself he said he was going to call the cops.
Guy just wants to make top dollar for his stuff as fast as possible. Doesn't want to explain anything or let you know what's the best selling...nothing. pick what you want. Pay for it. Get out.
Kratom prices are also through the roof.
If you buy a Vibez disposable vape, the top rubber thing has to be removed. The tape along the sides has to be removed, and the plastic ring has to be removed or else you will dry hit the cotton which ruins the flavor for the life of the vape.
If I wasn't being rushed to make sure the vape was not faulty, this wouldn't have happened. He said, "just hit it so I know it works."
Disposable vapes, faulty or not can be returned to most manufacturers and swapped out. But if the owner isn't willing to provide customer service, then you're kind of SOL.
Save yourself the trouble. Go to CLOUDS Vape in Denver. They have deals on stuff and know about their stuff. This dude's store is nice, but all the other cons just kills it.

I was hoping to find a reliable new vape shop near my home. Unfortunately, my second time in, I bought a re-chargable vape stick that did not charge at all. When I called and explained, they refused to even simply swap it out for a working device. Why would you shop somewhere that sells faulty products and doesn't stand by them? Disappointing.

Great staff at this spot! Always super helpful, and friendly when greeting! Haven’t checked out the shop much, cause I’m in and out with what I want. But it looks great! Definitely my go to spot!

Edit 05/29/22: unfortunately I came back and had yet another awful experience. I was looking for a mouthpeace, which they had, but it didn’t come with any filters. I asked the employee for some, and he told me he had no idea what I was talking about. So, I pulled up a photo of the filters they come with, to which he responded with a scoff and said ‘I know what they look like. We don’t have any.” Why on earth would he act as if he didn’t know what I was talking about then? I’m just trying to give my money to this local business but have been talked down to every time I try by hateful employees, and I don’t think I’ll be back to give Rusty’s a third chance after this. It’s free to be kind, friends.
