So this vape store is huge and a wonderful young lady named Jasmine is so helpful and friendly this is how customer service should be. she gave me a great deal on my son's birthday present and I still got to get vape stuff for me thank you.

I have been a long time customer of the people who own this place. This shop is stunningly beautiful and the customer service is top notch and they are always extremely helpful. Go to smoke shop for as long as I'm in Reno.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased an aspire vape pen a few days ago and I'm pretty sure it's a used vape pen because it won't hold a charge like a brand new one would. I purchased the same model I used previously so I know it should hold a charge better than the one they sold me. I called and left a message for the owner to call me and I have yet to receive a call back.

I have not found a single vape shop in reno that offers not only such a large selection of vapes, but also different types of pipes and hookahs. Their prices are the best I've seen in town, and the customer service is well above and beyond anything you'd ever expect. I would rate this store higher if I could.
