I drive from Cleveland TN. Down to AK Tobacco about 4 times a month to get Kratom and been doing this for a few months. The people there are so helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable on there products. I also get my Vape juice and again always helpful with my selection. I highly recommend, the only complaint I could ever give and this is nitpicking, is that sometimes she's a few minutes late in the mornings if you try to get there early but who isnt from time to time and by far makes up for it with customer service, selection and competitive pricing. I've been an advocate for kratom for quite some time, and make regular pit-stops at random business to check the quality of their products and services. As far as her products, she has an impressive variety of strains of Kratom, as well as several different forms for usage. Upon trying several different products, the quality is top notch.
Her knowledge of Kratom, which is most important, is impressive. Too many times have there been people that try to dazzle me with diamonds, and sell me some junk. Not the case here. I was given good information, proper suggestions, and she patiently assisted me during my visit.
While making money is the prime focus of a business, she cares more for helping her customers than making money.
Very impressed, and would recommend them to anyone.

The store was well stocked and the owner friendly! The kratom she sold me... it was prepackaged capsules...was awful!!! She told me that was the best kratom she had! Don't buy that stuff!! If you have to purchase kratom at that store your best bet is the powder she has! Tho who knows what's in that! Its a great head shop....but not a place to get kratom imo!

This store IS NOT associated with the AK Tobacco smoke shop on Cleveland Hwy. If you're interested in getting the best selection, quality, and service, make sure you go to this AK Tobacco on South Thorton Ave. They have a variety of different items of great quality and better prices than similar shops. Specifically impressed with the quality of their kratom and vape selection. Unlike most smoke shops, their staff wants to provide you with the best products, and not just what makes them the most profit.

The review below by Herr Krieg is a complete lie. We have never sold used anything, nor have we ever bought used vapes. I suspect this person may be a cry baby competitor. I challenge anyone to come into this store and find used anything. We buy only from authorized dealers. Our customers can attest to this. If Herr Krieg really did buy anything from us, he would have been welcome to return it if the vape had the so called issues he claimed.
