I bought a mod on Ebay, and it turned out to be broken. It was a 160$ mod. I went to High Mountain Mist and gave me a new one for only 95$!!! EXTREMELY nice staff, super friendly, really knowledgeable, and friendly! Most vape shops just want your money, but these guys wanna be your friend. 5/5 anyday!

The staff here are incredible. I'm horrible with names but the guy are girl are always the ones working when I come in and they are absolutely flawless. They even offered to exchange an item that I was having trouble with before they realised I purchased it from the other vape shop(the shop told me the product was fine and I was just doing everything wrong) the only thing I'd sayis I wish they would work on their selection of CBD eliquid. They have been out of anything above 150 for awhile now. None of the shops carry anything over 500 it seems. If they would carry some good CBD liquid I could comfortably say I'd be happy to only spend my money there and change my rating to a full 5 stars. But over all I 100% support this shop and its employees. The staff deff deserve a raise

All the juice is harsh and not that great of a vape and the customer service is below par. The environment is filled with people you dont know and dont really want to know. The staff isnt the greatest and id rather buy my vape stuff from a homeless man before buying it from high mountain.

This is my only vape shop. The employees are amazing and friendly, always know what I want and need. The shop is always inviting and clean and 100% chill. Love the owner and everybody that works there. I have been taken care of from day one. The products are fair prices, vape is quality and tastes great. High mountain all the way.

I’m a truck driver from Las Vegas and when I left the house I forgot to grab my ADV ejuice (Halo Tribeca). Driving on 97 by Bend, I googled “vape shops near me” and found High Mountain Mist. Not only that they have a pretty good selection of ejuices among other vaping needs but the in-house made juice tastes better than the premium Halo I’ve been using. And the staff, Chase and Shea... fughetaboutit. If I’d had my own store I’d hire them in a heartbeat. Very friendly and knowledgeable about what the store sells and more. In my opinion, they deserve a pay raise on top of “great job guys”. BTW, if you are in a big vehicle, you can park on the street in front of the store. Two thumbs up and a sincere thank you!
