Gone into High Mountain Mist for about a year now, and even comparing it to other Vape Shops throughout Oregon it clearly stands far above their competition. The employees are extremely knowledgable, friendly, and overall a joy to be around. The owner is proactive, you can find him in shop almost all the time, and is constantly stocking up the best devices and juice you can find. Super friendly, super receptive; High Mountain Mist gets the highest scores on my list!

I think they are pretty good and nice folks. The issue I have with them, and yes I think it's enough to remove 2 stars is the fact that they sold me the wrong product. They sold me a relatively inexpensive setup but it is extremely substandard. It leaks, splatters on my tongue, etc when I use it and there are some pretty bad reviews for it. My problem is that I would have gladly paid more for what I got had I known that the quality of this one wasn't great. This is partially on me as a consumer but when asked, I wish they hadn't talked this one up so much. They lost the sale of a more expensive product but once again, partially on me but they are the experts. I will go back but will purchase my equipment elsewhere. In addition, no one at the store told me about the points deal they run so I have spent, easily, 3-400 bucks there over the past month but just recently started sharing my phone number for the points program.

Great shop! Great products! Jeremy and most of his staff are amazing . They see me park and have my juices ready at the counter for me before i even walk in the door! Will NEVER go to a different vape shop. I drive 45 minutes to an hour right now and soon will be driving 6 hours to stock up on juice!

When I walked into High Mountain Mist, I got the best service I’ve ever had in a vape shop. They helped me find the perfect mod, choose the right juice, and even gave me some freebies for my purchase. They have a good selection of mods and great selection of juices.

I highly recommend this shop. I was in town helping my sister move. My mod was not working right. I have many more at home. I read reviews and saw that it was supposed to be a good shop. I went in needing something bad. They completely could have up sold me and I could have left with a new mod I did not need since I have a bunch at home. They sold me a Hyde to get me thru until I got home. Completely helped me get my nicotine and saved me spending a bunch of unnecessary money. Plus they had great customer service and were very nice. This is by far the shop to go to and support!

I just moved here from Las Vegas and out of all the shops I've been to in bend this is the spot! Best prices and customer service. The manager is a really down to earth guy and the rest of the staff were really friendly and knows their stuff. Gave me a good hookup and the inside on all the good food spots around town. Don't bother with any other shop besides this one. Will definitely be coming back!
