I drive in from redmond because the customer service is light-years ahead of everyone else in the area. Every time I go in i pick up one bottle on the recommendation of whoever is behind the counter, and I have yet to be displeased with any of them.

Decided to not buy a bottle of my go to juice , and support a shop in my favorite town to visit, Bend, Oregon . I saw they had a happy hour as well i got a bottle of their house juice bananna nuts . My 5 & 1/2 hour drive home the next day was miserable to say the least . The disposables tasted off and the vape juice was so bland and dry on the exhale, will try my luck at another vape shop when back in town .

But minus a star for my experience today. was refused my purchase points due to the fact that the actual account belongs to my wife who was waiting outside. My wife and I visit high mtn weekly for atleast one $20 bottle of liquid and always go inside together. today my wife was waiting in the car (as I attempted to explain), but was still refused the points for my purchase.
Everyone is typically very friendly though I have always sensed that this particular employee has some sort of personal issues with certain customers. Hopefully Jeremy will be in next time I visit.
If you are planning on visiting high mtn I suggest avoiding the gentleman with the nose ring.

The gentleman I spoke to was not knowledgeable at all for what I was looking for. I seem to know more about the topic of RDA's than he did. Also they have almost zero stock of vape accessories. No wire, drip tips, pre wrapped wire, and no cotton. Hempies is a way better vape store when it comes to these topics. They do however have a great selection of juice.

I called a good 20 minutes before heading to this location from Redmond to ensure they had a glass tube for my X Priv Baby before making the drive. was told by a gentleman that they had it in stock. Got to the store and was told they didn’t have any at all. One star for the woman who at least tried to find one that would fit at least? thanks for wasting my time.

Avoid this store if possible. Bought a disposable vape cartridge from them, specifically (VaporLax) brand. When I got in my car I opened it up and all the fluid was leaked out and it didn't work. I walked back in to swap it out for a new one and they refused to replace it or give me my money back. Seems kind of ridiculous they sell broken products and won't even replace it let alone give me a refund.
