Wow 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rating!! I was so impressed with how their customer service was I went back the next day to purchase . I was very impressed with Joe's knowledge and his enthusiasm in the products he was sharing with me as he was changing out old coils of three of my devices.

First time visiting, looking for a new Vape supply store. Used to order online, but when it came out that Oregon would no longer allow the receiving of vape supplies and I had gone through my very large supply, I needed to find a local supplier. High Mountain mostly filled the bill. They don't have any 810 threaded tanks and that is mostly what I have, or any pass through batteries (a brilliant vape battery that has a cord that plugs in to an outlet or in your car, saves having to use your other batteries). Joe helped me out with the items I needed that they do carry. He gave 5⭐ customer service, thanks Joe

It's a great place with good stock. They really do their best to keep prices in reasonable range despite Oregon's absolutely disgusting 67% vape taxing laws. Yet, the fools in this state continue to vote democrat. What a confusing time.

Worst customer service from the guy. I’m passing through town from Arizona and he REFUSES to scan my ID to sell me a Vape because “it’s up to him”. So you’re refusing service to people who aren’t from Oregon?
Would not recommend this establishment as he clearly doesn’t care about his business or customers

I love this place! I don’t come very often but when I do, it’s a great experience. I wish I knew the kids name who helped me yesterday. He was hella cool, super helpful and honest. He wasn’t just about selling me something expensive, he wanted to help me get what I was looking for.
The staff is always very knowledgeable when I go in here.

PS I was closer to High Times Vape on Division (when I realized I needed a bake store asap) but it was closed during regular business hours with one sign on the door that said it was open and to come on in. The door was locked and no one answered the phone.
Bend needs, go to High Mountain Mist, Redmond needs Inhale Exhale🤙

John (or is it Jon?) is the best. I've been going here for 4 years, and although they've always had excellent staff, this dude is boss. He once karate chopped a mutant turtle (TMNT non-relation) into submission when it attempted to bum a cigarette without asking. I don't smoke them - I only vape, but I was watching them for a friend who won't convert (the audacity). I also watched him deliver twins in the back of a taxicab; he didn't know I was there, but I saw it. That was undeniable. I also watched him rescue a seal-pup from a dumpster at Safeway (it's a widely under-reported problem in Central Oregon), just prior to adopting it. I hope you and Sebastian are doing well.
Great store. Great staff. Don't throw away seals.
