This shop is absolutely amazing. I went in to get some juice for my Novo3, and left with a new mod set up by Bobby with an entire introduction to my new device while she set it up for me. If you need Juice, Hardware, or advice on anything vape-related, this is the place to go to in Bend. Great shop and wonderful people!

Every time i visit the customer service is great. I am always greeted with a pleasant smile. One employee in particular, her name was Bobby, was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all the Questions i had had for being new to vapes and their know-how. She gave me an outstanding experience and I plan to be a frequent customer

My husband was sent away and refused service because they were out of Hype Summer Love Vapes. Apparently you can’t text another adult to ask what other flavor they want when High Mountain is SOLD OUT. Believe it or not, some people have medical reasons for not leaving the house and you should highly reconsider your employees attitudes and this policy if there is even a policy regarding this. I also have a registered account, my ID has been verified multiple times without another adult and my phone number is registered within the points system.
The Vapes are also several dollars more than the other places in town. Expensive and a bad attitude.

Whoever the man was helping me and the customers in their at the time was rude, pushy, and just terrible. I wouldn't recommend going here. Have had a bad experience every time and their prices are outrageous

Wouldn't honor warranty on a product that broke after one day. They were full of excuses and walked back what the warranty would cover till it no longer applied to anything then tried to sell me some thing more expensive. Buy your vape stuff online. You'll get a better price.

Great place for vapes, never really ever had problems with them. Kinda wish they a bit more of a variety on mods though, but then again, it is a small shop so you can't expect it to be like a walmart supercenter. No complaints from me!
