Poor customer service. They were out of the juice I frequently buy so I asked for a recommendation. They gave a recommendation for another juice without informing me it had nicotine salts when the juice I had initially asked for did not. 10 minutes later I noticed and asked if I could come back and exchange it and was told all sales are final. There is another vape shop further down 29 called "Tobacco Hut: Vape Shop/Fine Cigars", I recommend going there as while their selection is a tad smaller they have always been great about returns/exchanges and are generally more friendly.

the owner of the store is never there, he leaves his employees in there and they canβt really help you out if thereβs a problem. They had sold me a charger that was broken and when I came back to see if they could help me out since it was my second charger in the past 2 days. One melted, and the other one wouldnβt even charge the pen they said no. When I asked to speak to the manager/owner, I was told he doesnβt want to talk to me. I understand they have the no refund and return policy but they do need to negotiate and look out for customers who shop there frequently. On the upside they do give you a 5% discount if you give them a good review on here.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT COME HERE!
I bought a kangvape 510 battery from this store for $30 two weeks and it worked for 2-3 hours then stopped. I tried to recharge it and used it but it won't work.i came back today to exchange/return and WOW after explaining what happened, a man with the name Charlie refused to return or exchange the battery and wanting me to purchase another product! When I asked to speak to a manager,he mentioned that he is the manager!
So I had no choice but to walk away and forget about my $30...
I never wrote a bad review on someone or a place but this one deserves it!

Came twice, both batteries died only hours after first use. Went back the first time, got a different one and it worked for maybe two hours after purchasing. Took them both to different places, they were broken. Should have figured since the guy who sold them to me just ripped different ones out of the packages and put them back. If they upped the quality it would be better. No one wants to spend $20-$30 on something that works for only one round of usage. Or at least make sure yβall donβt give people things that have been previously played with.

DO NOT GO HERE! They have terrible customer service!! They would rather lose a consistent customer than allow a return or to exchange an expired product. The store owner tells his staff not to give out his information so I have not been able to speak to him personally. Every time I call staff is rude and will not offer any explanation other than βwe are told not to allow returns.β I am telling everybody I know that has shopped here to go to another vendor. I am a relatively new but consistent customer at the fairfax location, but the owner will be losing a great customer over a lousy $22 and rude service. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! THEY ARE CROOKS!
Edit: Iβm replying to the ownerβs response. The product in question is not expired, that was a previous purchase. The product I have I need to return is a $22 bag of tobacco mistakenly bought for somebody else. When I asked about the return policy I was told it was due to hookah and vape return fraud. Considering this is tobacco and clearly the same it was at the time of purchase, I think the courtesy of making an exception to your policy is not an unreasonable request.

Dont shop here!!! Should have read recent reviews. Their stuff is fake and does not work. My vape cart got clogged and started leaking day 1 and they would NOT EXCHANGE!!

Donβt go there. Not worth it at all! Everything is overpriced. I can get better quality for low price in New York City, and that says A LOT... I purchased a $70 mid size bong and a few days later I accidentally broke the bowl and ended up going back to buy another bowl which costed me $15!! Thatβs insane... a small piece β14mmβ. Another costumer purchased the same thing for a lower price last time I was there and what was sketch was that the guy behind the cashier decided not to give me the receipt.

I just spoke with Walter on the phone and he was WONDERFUL, he did not once rush me off the phone (I'm a bit inexperienced with vaping) he could have easily sold me the wrong vape juice that would have burned up my coil, but pointed me in the correct direction and took his time to explain. This store has become my new place to purchase my vaping needs, and all because of his courtesy and patience.

Bad defective vapes,they got my money. There's too many competitors close by,don't you get RIPPED OFF too. (update,business responded defensively to review,apologeticly would have left a better impression)like I previously said,with this many choices don't you make a previously proven bad choice of vendors as I had!
