Bought a dead pen out of the box and called them 10 minutes later when I got home explaining the situation. They told me no refunds or returns so that pretty much sums up their customer service. Selection is the same as any other shop so I would just go somewhere where they actually value selling working products.
EDIT: After reading some other reviews and seeing the responses from the owner(?) it seems obvious they blame others for misusing their device. I just want to clarify that I had this product (in the packaging) for the whole car ride and it did not work OUT OF THE PACKAGE. I immediately called and was asked "have you tried looking this problem up online yourself" like it is my responsibility as a customer to troubleshoot an obviously broken product. I was then told "we have never had any other customers with this issue" insinuating that this was somehow my fault. I have just recently moved to this area and I'm quite disappointed with this situation.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Went in and bought a 15$ disposable vape... it stopped working after literally 2 hits after I opened it a couple hours later. When I came back to exchange it they wouldn't take it back, wouldn't exchange it, and wouldn't return my money. THIS PLACE IS A GRIFT! she didn't remove them from the shelf... she didn't offer anything at all. She just shrugged and said there's nothing she can do. This is no way to run a business. You're better off going to Duke Street to one of the MANY other vape spots.

I will have to agree with all the reviews that say this place sells broken products. I purchased a vape from this store and it will not charge. I called the next day and the guy that answered made it seem like it was my fault, and I was told there was nothing they can do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone purchase anything from Cigar n Vape, this place is a scam.

I am from Perú and when I arrived at this store, Bryan treated me incredibly well. He explained everything to me very patiently. I have returned 2 more times for the attention because the store is far from me. Today i met marelyn and it was great. They made me feel like family a very friendly treatment. The best costumer service. 100% recommended!!! ✨

This is in response to the owner on my previous post.
Both employees explicitly informed me that the vape batteries were broke. I took a chance the first time and they were right. It's not their fault and I'm grateful for them telling me.
You need to stop selling broken products or start offering refunds like the other shops in the area.

Came here twice for a battery and two different employees advised my not to buy certain ones because they know that theg don't work. I'm not sure why this sells broken products and then offers no return policy.

I wouldn’t suggest going to this place unless you want dud air bars that die an hour after leaving the store. Then when you call them to ask if you could just show them & get a new one they say “no you probably got A dud!” Horrible customer service I’ve seen this happen at other Vape shops and they are more understanding.
Edited today - I have since taken the dead Vape to my original Vape shop and they have confirmed they are selling fake ones for $15. To be precise fake air bars are sold here; Do Not Recommend!

I really enjoyed the product that I got at the store however the young man that sold it to me really was not real knowledgeable is to what he was selling. After I got home and got looking more into the differences which sometimes are subtle in the different products. I was not made aware of these differences even though I asked him about them. Also was not real pleased in the fact that when I opened my bottle and the seal came off very easily didn't think anything of it until I realized it's a rubber cap inside the bottle on the applicator was broken away and I had lost in the bottom of my pocketbook mortal up say over half a bottle of the oil and when I spoke to the young man about a return or about a refund he informed me that that was not the store policy once I walked out the whether it was mine. Thought that was kind of rude. And I also didn't notice any signs posted about there not being any returns or refunds. I will return because I have a very large selection but I will go in more knowledgeable next time. And there definitely will be a next time is help my anxiety as well as my depression and pain issues.
