I've been shopping at this store for e-juice and vape hardware for over a year and I've not ever had anything but a positive experience. One time, I bought a high-end vape product and the on switch was stuck; they promptly replaced it with no questions asked. Very knowledgeable staff and great selection of e-juice. Highly recommended.

everytime I come in they always have something new definitely the one stop shop for all my needs. recommended this place to a lot of friends. Received some great discounts never had a problem with anything I've purchased my first VAPE I got from the store still works this day three months later.

Sold me a 4v threaded battery for 20 bucks and it wont hold a charge. This wouldn't be an issue but “all sales are final no exceptions”. So thanks for the defective overpriced china battery that you showed me will hit once in the store.

Worst help..I bought a $5 charger that didnt work 2 days ago I wish I would have read review before I went. Today I call to see if they could exchange it and they said NO. Asked to speak to owner...and they said sorry no they dont care, no refunds. Its NOT a REFUND ITS AN EXCHANGE. Is $5 worth a bad review? He said, well I guess- I just work here. SHAME. BAD BAD BUSINESS!!

Bought an eleaf vape that never worked. Tried to return it and was denied a refund. I suspected the product was a fake and entered the scratch-code located on the device box on the eleaf website. The same code had been entered thousands of times. When I confronted the person there about the fake product he sold me for 40$ I was again denied a refund. He also didn't seem surprised about the whole issue.
These guys are crooks, be very careful as all sales are final and non refundable.

The store is huge with large varieties of product. Faham helped me with my beginner kit for vaping. He is really good with the customer service. Finally switched to vaping from ciggerate smoking. Got Smok H- Priv mini kit with blue tobacco juice and a pack of coils. Excited!!

I don't vape, and I quit smoking about 10 years ago. But my girlfriend rolls her own cigarettes, and I went in to buy her tobacco and cigarette tubes for her birthday. Bought a whole bunch of stuff, for about $30! If I had bought the equivalent in cartons, it might have been a hundred and more. Very good deal!

Bought Samsung battery because one I was using was dead....couldnt vape. I put it into my device and it said check battery...tried another one..same thing . So kid behind the counter, vaping away, says oh, we only charge batteries 1\2 way. I said if it doesn't work I'll be back. NO MENTION OF STORE POLICY!! I put it on charger for couple hours. Says completely charged. Try to use it. It says check battery still. Will not work. I go back to STORE to return battery. Kid immediately calls Manager. Tells him situation blaming it on my device. STORE policy says if it's working in the store, which it was not, and you leave no refunds. I just wanted a working battery. Battery does not work on ANY of my devices. No refund, No working battery, No vaping. DON'T GO HERE!

DO NOT GO HERE! Awful service they sold me the wrong vape battery and wouldn’t allow me to exchange. Even Offered to take a lower priced device so they make profit, employee would not consider it. Worst customer service I’ve ever had and I will encourage customers to shop elsewhere.
