Although the staff was very cooperative in explaining everything, and also kind of knowledgable, he did take advantage when I told him that this was my first time and that I had no vaping experience by charging me ridiculous prices. I paid twice as the Normal price anywhere else. You've been warned!

Both of the guys that work there are so awesome and helpful not to mention trustworthy i accidentally ram off and forgot my brand new galaxy s4 tab and the guy stopped another customer from taking off with it and held on to it for me until i realized what i had done and came back for it.
They have great selection Of vape juices and top notch vape supplies in general and tons of hookah and cigar stuff its the only place i buy vape stuff and i buy alot

If you want to buy a vape pen that works for less than a week and costs $30.00, buy it from here. If you want to buy a vape pen, then be told 5 days later with minimal use that they will not exchange or return their subpar item, this is your place. I purchased my pen on weds, and called monday as it was no longer working. The employee that answered the phone sounded like he just walked off the set of Fast Times at Ridgemont High. When I told him my issue, he said he'd take my info and call the owner, then call me back. fast forward 5 hours, no call back. So I call back. Jeff Spicoli realizes his error and said he couldn't get ahold of the owner, and that I have to call back tomorrow. So I call back tomorrow. Now Jeff Spicoli doesn't remember our conversation until I remind him, at which point he says he will call the owner again. About 10 minutes later, Jeff Spicoli returns my call, stating the owner refuses to do anything for me. I remind him I've only had this item a few days, costs 30.00 bucks, and this is crazy. He tells me its not their problem and to essentially pound sand. Needless to say I will let everyone I meet that inquires about a local shop to avoid this place like the plaugue. I'm heavily involved at GMU so I have plenty of opportunity to send their business elsewhere. I'm also going to leave my review on every site I can find. Its the principal of it, I'm not stressed about the 30.00.

I went to Cigar n Vape to fix my buddy's Sigelei that he had given to me as a final parting gift. I walked in and was immediately welcomed by the employee AB. He quickly and professionally led me to the needed products and showed me how to fix the equipment while following store policies (not actually touching your vape). He executed his job and made a lifetime customer in the process. He deserves a bonus or a pay raise. Lastly, I would like to add that the store was neat and organized and had just about anything and everything you need. Well done AB.

Great service. These guys actually spend time with you to explain details about their products and answer all your questions if you’re a first timer in vaping. I would defiantly recommend this if you’re looking for getting into vaping and get a start up kit. Great price.

The people that work here are very helpful at getting you what you want to buy. All products are top notch, and the prices are A1 as well. I will definitely be back again soon! :)

I really hate to make things personal when I review but were it not for having a very specific type of mod and tank,... WHY? Because I bought my first one here and it crapped out on me after 30 days... I went back and had the details of the "All Sales Are Final" shoved down my throat on a $500.00 sale... but I was "assured" that the manufacturer would take care of it and he would help me out if needed. Fortunately I was in a position to buy another mod while I was waiting for the original one to be fixed... only took 5 months of BS and me driving to NC to deal with it eyeball to eyball.. SMOK, BTW. So.. and this is the part I actually feel badly about posting... but the guy up there with the stringy, greasy hair and the inability to complete a sentence with his face buried in his cell phone makes me want to SNAP... That anybody would allow that to be the face of their business is incredible to me. I don't care who he is or if he's working for nothing... every purchase is ungodly painful. But all sales are final, don't forget that... GO TO VAPERS RETREAT on Metrotech Drive in Chantilly... No, they don't have the inventory this dump does but man, they take care of you...

**RESPONSE TO OWNER** No, no.. It's not SMOK's policy that "All Sales Are Final".. It's YOURS. You could very well have replaced it and then dealt with SMOK yourself for a replacement. Oh, and it was you personally who told me that you would help me out by dealing with your distributor. I know you don't make the MOD but you sure could have eased the process of replacing it.

Be careful on what you buy from him, he may have a huge selection, but some of the products are dead or don’t work. So make sure it works before you head out of the store because he won’t give you an exchange or refund, won’t fool anyone else.

The product was the button less bottom of a vape

AVOID! WORST OF THE WORST! they sold me a $50 vape tank that is not compatible with my mod and assured me that it would work as long as it fits. Owner would not try to even exchange it. Do yourself a favor and drive to Elite Vape 2 miles away. They offer 14 day returns!
