Got a porta-dabber first week of June. Was told the nail part would need changed every month or so. Before the end of the month noticed some wear on the nail. Nail pops right off and did but brought the heating unit with it. No name, website, or phone number on product or any packing or instructions. All I wanted was a replacement heating unit. As I was out of town when it first happened I called and they left around 5 messages for managers which were all ignored. Even came in when I was back a few times to get info on ordering replacment piece. It's so easy for them to order a new part or give me the website to order myself and they can't seem to get that figured out. Definitely the WORST customer service I've EVER had anywhere. You can find way better deals and selection online. And if you want to the in store experience the few dollars more at another shop is well worth The customer service and knowing product isn't sketchy. Highly recommend a different store

Best smoke and vape shop around.

It's your average smoke shop, nothing particularly special about their selection or offerings, but it's a nice place overall. They have a wide array of glass pieces, e-cigarettes, incense, a few extra items, hookahs, etc. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed. I would definitely go back in the future!

This is my #2 go-to place (used to be #1) for vape supplies, but when I was in there yesterday, all they had was a bunch of random brand pods and only 3 SMOK mods. Weird. Geek Vape (Aegis) is the gold standard these days, so it's curious that they didn't have a single product from that line. Not even coils or tanks!

I will say that thet have a smallish but better selection of flower vaporaizers that look easy to use. Hopefully they will get restocked soon. Until then, try House of Pipes.

Came in today to get some bangers for my oil rigs, Winn helped me find the perfect glass in about 5 minutes. Excellent knowledgeable staff and a good selection at good prices

I live in the Milwaukie Gladstone area and have been to all of the stores in the area. Tony's has always taken care of me and constantly answered all my questions. I have purchased multiple high end pieces from them with no issues at all. The staff has always taken the time to show me all the new items even if I am only looking. I always start my search at Tony's because I know I will find it.

Lousy place to shop. Tried to return defective product aand they were no help. Total rip off joint. I politely asked for a refund. The product didnt work and I was not rude. Your employee said to return item to mfg. Problem is they are in China and will not take a return from me. The product doesnt work and you told me no refunds. You sir are a liar and have no customer support. Definitely DO NOT SHOP HERE

Nice staff, good selection of pipes; might want to up the Vape Juice game and add other devices than Smok boxes. Overall a nice store- Kratom is fresh and average price.

No matter when I come in here, regardless of how long I take, do the guys working here ever seem impatient or bored with me or the other customers. They are always super friendly, chatty, answering all sorts of questions and recognize recurring shoppers and are very knowledgeable in the products.
