Purchased an EVOD for my wife's mothers day She went to dinner with her sister before I could give it to her and when she came home I found that she received one fancier than the one I got. I went in to return and they refused to return the item even though it was obvious that it was unopened and unused.
They were cold as ice and did not even an offer of an exchange. I highly recommend you look else where. There is a smoke shop right across the highway.

Terrible customer service. Went in, had to wait for the only employee to get off his personal phone call, then mid-helping me another customer interrupts us and the employee stops assisting me in order to go sell a product and discuss it with the other customer and leave me waiting once again. Definitely last time visiting this over priced shop.

Very surprised by the reviews, I have never had an issue. They are up front with you. If they seem unhelpful, maybe it's their frustration from helping morons all day. e-cigs suck, they break, tony doesn't make them just supply them and shouldn't be held responsible. P.S. I'm gonna bang Tony also
