Oasis Smoke Shop Heights

The shop is cool, the disposable vape selection is nice, the points system could be better, but the worst part is that their capacity HAS NOT gone up at all with three rest of New Mexico as we've opened back up, and they do not enforce the "10 minute" policy that they so proudly display on the door. There's no reason that they should have the same 5 people capacity, especially if they're not enforcing the time limit, when we're in the turquoise that they did when we were in yellow.

A couple of great experiences with two different employees, and then when I had a problem with a product (missing a part) I went to the store to resolve the discrepency, not return it. The employee who "helped" us was very rude and told me I had to come back during the week (when I am working.) I called and spoke with a "lead" and was told the manager would call me during the week. No call. I am left feeling like they do not care about their customers- just selling. I have spent a lot of money for CBD bears and one high priced device and now I wish I would've just stuck to purchasing form Amazon. So sad. I make it a practice to support our local businesses, but I cannot support a business like this. I say- if you do go there, check your box to make sure everything is there before walking out the door. Or just buy from Amazon, who allows you to return if the product is not what you ordered or if it fails. 🙏

Usually there is a good wait to get service, half the time it's just cause the employees are just chatting it up with someone about non-related subjects. And I have gone in and ordered juices from them and all but one loses its flavor within a few days. Tried steeping and has no real impact on the flavor at all. The price is great but the product not so much...

A nice store with a variety of spoons, bongs, vaporizers, and hukkahs. The prices were pretty good for what they sell and there are discount deals on Wednesday and Sunday. Parking is a little troublesome if it's busy since it's right off the main street but usually not a problem. There is a nice rewards program that gets you a few things for free with continued service.

Dang lookout! Oasis updated their look and are nicer than ever! When you were next door some employees were cool but now it seems like your all solid! Thank you for just being cool and having great products!

Great renovation. Classiest smoke shop I've been to and well organized; for easy shopping. They have a very cool "grass" wall art. Greeter at door was very helpful. Staff was professional, informative, and polite. Thank you again Oasis...product worked very well..so happy! GO HERE FIRST YA'LL!

I just gotta say it... I LOVE YOU ALL! This place is clean and looking heckin COVID conscious. They have tons of cool glass at excellent prices and their staff is really helpful. They've got a bunch of wax systems, CBD, and accessories. They're kind, warm, and professional. I'll be sure to by all my pieces here. Thanks for the killer stuff dudes.

I was so happy when I heard they are opening for curbside. We went the first day, got my coils Noone else in town seems to sell. I was able to order my juices online. Received them within 3 days. Thank you Oasis Team YA'LL ARE STILL THE BEST!!!

All I gotta say is they take care of me every time I walk in. They dont know but I damn near shop there every 3 days or every week and it's even better if you vape and need sum to roll up wit, it's the perfect shop with reasonable prices.

My favorite place for everything vape. Amazing flavors, great frendly staff, best prices. Loyal customer for life!
