Have been going for years and they have always provided great customer service but recently went in to purchase a product i was not familiar with and 2 of the employees went above and beyond to explain it thoroughly. Definitely suggest these guys for all your head/smoke shop needs

Poor juice quality and taste. Plus the manager Robert is arrogant and rude. I've seen him and many of the employees, MANY TIMES blame the customers for a product failing and do their best to deny the customer an exchange or warranty a product. I will never do business with Oasis ever again. Would give a negative star rating but cannot

Don’t shop here!! They sell you vape devices that they don’t stock replacements parts for! Sold me a lost vape q ultra pod mod and never stocked pods for when they go out. Then gives you the run around on trying to get a pod when they are the only place who has the device in town. I’d give them zero stars if I could!

This is my home place for all my e-cig needs. They are very helpful and nice. They could really use a better parking situation, and a few more employees staffed to deal with building coils and selling the other inventory they carry. That being said I think its a top notch spot! They are short staffed for sure but I reccomend them to all my e-cig enthusiast friends.

Decided to buy a new hookah on a whim, and they were incredibly helpful and inviting. There was no pressure on my purchase or annoyance with my questions.
After taking my purchase home, I soon found out my hookah wasn't properly assembled. Not only did they fix the problem, but they let me test my new purchase in their lounge next door free of charge.
As far as I'm concerned, this is the only place to buy hookah accessories and shisha in Albuquerque.

I've always had a good experience! Over the phone & in store. They don't mind taking the time to help me with all my concerns or questions and swapped out a juice I just couldn't use. I go no where else for my vape needs ♡
