Two gents behind counter, one engaged in describing the finer aspects of a particular vaping product the other was trying to look busy occasionally disappearing into the back room. Ten minutes later employee #2 walks past me and joins the conversation employee #1 is having with the vape customer. To this point neither has even acknowledged my presence in the store.
I decided not to wait indefinitely just to be told they didn't carry what I wanted so I walked out the door. Overall my whole experience was a #2. I give them two stars for the variety of vaping and pipe product inventory on hand.

Extremely friendly staff who genuinely care about their customers. Won't be going anywhere else to buy shisha for our personal hookah (which we bought from this very shop) or smoke when we're feeling too lazy to prepare it ourselves.

Just okay. They only sell pre-mixed ejuice, quality has gone way down. The juice ruined three coils in 2 weeks. I threw it out and went back to Just Vape in my old neighborhood.

i love oasis its a good shop atty at the san mateo store makes some of the best juices ive tried locally and they always have good customer service. its a cool place to just go hang out. the menaul location is cool to robert was real helpful when i needed him. oasis gets 2 thumbs up from me.

I bought an E-Cig from Oasis Smoke Shop and the first day I got it, it broke. I took it back and their employee was trying to pretend that it worked and told me I would be fine. So later through out the day it's still NOT WORKING. I finally take it back (keep in mind it is still the same day) and when I show the owner his employee that I bought it from said to him that I was already there and he had helped us out. So then the owner comes back up to me and says I'm sorry but we can't help you. Don't ever buy electronics from them EVER. If I were you I would only stick to buying pipes. I'm not the only one who thinks that their E-Cigs are nothing but crap.
