Amazing customer service. I went in today thinking I might need a new vape. Nope, my setting were incorrect. The awesome young lady's first thing to do was check them not just sell me a new vape. I loved the store before but now even more!!!

The staff was very knowledgeable on all products that I was interested in. Also they have an awesome selection of glass.

Went in to Oasis a little skeptical to buy a vaporizer but didn’t want to wait for one online and just decided to see what oasis offered I went in and purchased a gpen after being assured I could return it for any issues by one of the sales reps. I specially mentioned I could go online and buy one but he said that’s the great thing about Oasis was it’s return policy in case I didn’t like the device or it had manufacturing defects. Well I ended up not being able to use the device because the mouth piece was too hot. I cleaned the piece up and went back to return or ask for store credit for it with the store manager but he would not accept it because “it still worked”. To me the device was unusable because the mouthpiece got so hot I literally could not put my lips to the mouthpiece to take a draw. After trying to explain my position and justify my return for 10 mins, the manager explained how he and the sales rep who sold me the device would never tell me I could return a device if it had issues. Another sales member on the floor tried to chime in and told me completely different information than the manager. When I asked about it he said “she’s only worked here for 2 days”. Love to see well trained employees trying to help customers. I even specifically discussed with the sales member on the floor that I could buy the vaporizer online and he insisted the main benefit to brick and mortar store was the ability to return the device if it had issues. He did not specify a manufacturer defect and I clearly heard if I did not like the device I could even bring it back. Overall the manager was extremely unhelpful and sat there with no options or alternatives and basically told me I was dumb because no one else had issues with the gpen being too hot. I even left a $22 tip, HUGE MISTAKE

Honestly, this was our first official stop to shop in Albuquerque. The people, the vibe, the service, and products set the tone to feel welcome and wanted here. Six days later, this is the first review I've left in awhile, and that's because this place deserves recognition. 5 stars across the board. Thank you.

Best place for products and juice. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I started coming here out of convenience of location, and even though now it's out of my way, still the only place I go... Totally worth it!!!

You know those smoke shops that you enter, and the person working there seems like they just got out of bed and are irritated that you walked in? This place isn't like that. It stays pretty busy and the people working there are on their toes and quite friendly most of the time. Their selection of stuff is nice, prices on things like kratom are pretty good, and the place feels well taken care of.
