First time in today and the service was so much better than most other smoke shops around ABQ.. which I tend to frequent often. At this location the employee Austin helped me out and was on point with his customer service! He took his time with me, made sure all my questions were answered and was very thorough. I cannot express how much I love this location. Been shopping at this specific location for I believe over 10 years(or just about) but the customer service here is absolutely amazing. Went in last night and the employees always are informative and out of this world polite! From management to floor staff everyone here is a pleasure to meet and look forward for my next time going. 10 out 10 for smoke shops!

This is the best smoke shop out there Chloe usually helps me out she’s definitely my favorite, always helpful and kind! She recommends really great options and offers to change my coils out. The other employees are wonderful too, just a 10/10 shop!

Just bought a new mod from these guys and I was not disappointed. The service was excellent and the deals were very good. I got the mod, and the batteries for less than $100 and they had a buy one get one deal on 120mls. Excellent staff!!!

I would take my business elsewhere. I spent almost three hundred dollars this month alone. The 24 hour policy on returns is kind of ridiculous. Am I required to check each and every disposable I buy right there at the counter. I work six days a week mostly and sometimes can't get there the next day. So when one goes out after only a couple of hours use. $25 down the drain. 10% discount if I spend more money.
