Not only are the employees knowledgeable they are friendly and treat you like a human being when you have a question about a new product I’ve been a customer on and off for six years give or take and today I made a phone call request and was given all the information and will be going back again this location in particular Wyoming and Menaul has exceptional staff clean facility and as long as you have your receipt they’re willing to work with you very nice people I recommend them highly

Friendly and Awesome! Visited family here in the ABQ while from the south carolina myself, I can't recommend these shops and this location in particular enough! Some of the best stock and selection on hand as well as non pushy, down to earth employees. Definitely worth a visit and I will be returning for balloon fiesta!

I recently had problems with a specific device and Kyle took care of the situation, going above and beyond in making me once again a happy and forever customer. He is an outstanding manager and I believe this company is very lucky to have him running this store.
