This location is ok. The parking lot is very small and difficult to maneuver, especially when it's crowded. Also, I've had some issues with staff giving me incorrect information (I'd rather hear "I don't know"), rushing me along when I'm trying to buy a new device, and they never offer to set my device up after purchase.The San Mateo location staff are so friendly and helpful and they always set up my devices and answer my questions with patience.

I don't personally smoke or vape. I take a family member here. They need a better driveway as this one is small with the nearby store closed luckily giving them some space. This review is based solely on parking.
