Oasis Smoke Shop Heights

The juice is fine here the issue is the cheap bottles they use. The tops pop off when you fill your tank and it will go everywhere. I know dozens of people who have the exact same issue with their bottles. Never had this issue at 66 or Vaporspace. Sole reasons I won’t go back anymore.

This place is pretty close to my house and I've passed it many times so thought I'd go check it out as I'm a medical cannabis patients and like to check out the smoke shops in town as they usually offer discounts to patients. I walked in and when a man asked what I needed I told him I was a medical cannabis patient and asked if they offered patients a discount. He was very short and rude and just said "NO WE DON'T GIVE DISCOUNTS". So I turned to leave and go to another shop, there is no shortage of them here. Of course he decided to kiss my ass so I wouldn't take my business elsewhere. Made up some story about a very small discount but only this once and don't tell anyone. Ok so I bought an acrylic water pipe and a torch lighter. Got home and busted out with my new goodies, put googly eyes on it to give it a personality and a name, filled up the water pipe and it started dripping water out all over the place. The lighter was garbage and I got one use out of it. I was so upset, especially because I still gave them my money and business after being treated like crap. I go in and explain what happened and do not back down, there were 3 or 4 guys in there laughing and making fun of me then some moron tells me they don't sell those bongs. (Yeah, he said bong. Tisk tisk). I had my receipt and proof. He finally said we don't sell any with faces on them. I told him they were googly eye stickers that I put on it. He was embarassed because he was so rude to me thinking I was an idiot when he was the idiot here. So I just traded it out for another one AFTER I told him to fill it up with water to make sure it wasn't gonna pop a leak like the other one. I didn't even mention the lighter.
Horrible place, very rude, unprofessional, use illegal terminology and don't know jack about the ONE thing they should. I informed the patients of this and they were glad and would not ever go there. Everyone I've talked to say they hate that place, they're morons and assh*les. Good job guys. Stay classy.

Been going too this particular store for years. Today I was ignored and told I had too call a number on the door after standing out front for ten minutes with the door slammed on my face. I will not be returning. Wanna be treated like you dont Matter, this is the place to go.

Vape store is always friendly, vape juice is alright. I go there just for shisha. They closed their hookah lounge which everyone saw was coming after the renovated it to those god awful uncomfortable chairs and tacky wall paper lmao. That lounge use to be always full when they had that tiki counter back in the day. Rip old Oasis. Renovated Oasis will not be missed at all. Go to Terrene for a good lounge 👍

Honestly, this is not the best vape shop in town. At all. Their Mystic Milk flavor is good but they don't even mix your juice properly and you have to mix juice every time exactly as the recipe calls or you'll be off and the flavor just won't taste right. Their customer service is NOT AT ALL HIGH, so have LITTLE expectations when walking into this vape shop! The first time I went into this place I stood for about ten minutes without a "hello" or "we'll be right with you." Even when I got to the counter I wasn't even greeted... The employee was rude and didn't "couldn't" tell me what flavors they use in their mixes so I had no clue to what I would be vaping on... So I ordered a bottle of Mystic Milk on 11/25/2014 and went back to the store on 11/26/14 after being left with a nasty bottle of juice I had to sit through for a day and tried to exchange it or at least have them remix my flavor and they wouldn't do it. The store employee told me I would have to pay full price even though my bottle was only slightly used and I also told him I would pay the difference. He still declined. So I was left with a 15ml bottle and am still left with a 15ml bottle of juice till this day I can't vape. I then went back there a few days afterwards on 11/28/14 and bought a big bottle, I mean a BIG bottle, a few ounces of their Boom Mix. The second biggest bottle they got because it was Black Friday. That bottle was also mixed with little attention and it also came out real nasty, unvapable. I waited a day and went back the day after that to see if they could exchange the flavor or remake it because I wasn't going to sit there with a few ounces of nasty juice and vape on something that's not worth it. They still declined. After about ten minutes of talking, the employee finally decided that he would add some more flavor, but that was it. He wouldn't remix it or make a new flavor for me, period. He told me to set it out in my car, which if you know, most vape shops will tell you the exact opposite and to store bottle in the refrigerator, not your car to preserve self life and flavor. Their prices are ok, but why spend $20 on juice your not going to enjoy and just throw away and why spend your money here when you can get the same deals at other local vape shops that will be MORE THAN HAPPY to remix or make you a new bottle of juice if your'e not satisfied because their mission is to get you OFF tobacco products and also for you to ENJOY their products. The employee at Oasis was trying to tell me that it would cost them a lot of money if they did that, well maybe if you actually took your time to properly mix the juice, it wouldn't have turned out nasty in the first place. Do you really think loosing a few flavors is worth loosing customers that would eventually spend a lot more money throughout the year at your business? Do the math... So if you purchase juice here and you don't like it because they made it with no attention and shitty skills, you're stuck with it and you just lost your hard earned cash! They will not only eventually loose out on money but also customers if they keep this business model, because people will learn that there are better vape shops in town that are willing to help out their CUSTOMERS. Half a thumb up from me.

Usually go here a lot, and mostly always good besides the parking, but tonight I got there 15 past 6 and the girl who I've never seen before asked me for my ID right off the bat usually not till I buy something but besides that asked full asking price for being 15 mins past 6! I couldn't believe it was that petty
