Bought a SUBOX Mini 3 days ago, unfortunately it shorted out. Called them, came in to have them check it out, and they couldn't get it to turn on. They replaced the entire starter kit for free and even refilled my tank at no additional cost. Absolutely fantastic service, very professional and a lot of insight. I'm really blown away by the effort they put in, especially since I'm new to vaping. They legitimately care for their customers.

Although I did not buy anything from here I would highly recommend this shop.
I was in from out of town to buy a new mod and some juice because I forgot mine back home. The girl working that morning was very patient and friendly and willing to help me find a flaovor for my picky taste. Unfortunately they were all out of the starter mod I was looking for as a temporary fix for my weeks stay in Manhattan, so I was forced to check another shop in the area where I was totaly unsatisfied with the rude employee there who seemed bothered I interrupted whatever it was that he was looking at on his phone. I won't say which shop this was but it I will tell you it started with "Juicys". I wasn't in this shop for more than a minute before I walked out.
So from my shopping experience in KS The Vape Bar is the Best vape shop in Manhattan for sure!

I would recommend this place to everyone -even those just curious about vaping. Both employees that I interacted with were phenomenal. I've been on the fence about switching to an RDA for months. But Shaun made it so much easier to give it a try. Everyone was very knowledgeable without being intimidating and an all around great teachers. Also it was awesome encountering a vape store employee over the age of 30. I often feel a bit out of my element at other places. But frankly it's us middle aged and up folks that need to swap to and utilize the lifestyle change that vaping brings. The lady behind the counter was welcoming and down to earth. Thanks guys! I'm only sad I don't live closer but I'll definitely be hitting up the location in Junction City now.
