The last time I was there the guy was super rude and made sure to let me know he knew more about the product than I did. That’s good - he works there and all but dang - I probably won’t be back.

PS: The disposable I got was awful

Vape bar always has what I'm looking for and the juice combinations that can be made are phenomenal the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable and I've never had any issues this is where you wanna shop for your vape supplies

Last Tuesday I picked up my normal Box of coils they did not have my regular in no big deal the manager Of the store gave me another Box of coils that I've never used before said these would work just fine. Well that was completely false opened up one found out it would not fit it was far too large now they would only replace 2 because I opened 1. His customer service skills are insufficient. I really enjoy going to this place as a small business that's what I'd like to support but it's little things like this that make you wanna look elsewhere the owner of the store is a very nice man the manager apparently is lacking in his work ethic

Staff was knowledgeable and able to provide me the product I was looking for. He also reconfigured and cleaned my vape as a courtesy. Great service.

Bought a Drag 3 & a separate tank. I’m glad I did!! The tank for the Drag 3 must’ve had a malfunction & never worked!! They tried telling me it was just a bad coil. Which I changed & it still didn’t work. Lost cause & just threw it away. The guy on the phone wasn’t polite in any aspect either. I do NOT recommend having this as your vape shop in my opinion.

I went into the shop about 5 or 6 months ago and bought a mod and had a great experience. So when unfortunately I needed a new mod they were my first choice. I told them what I previously bought and that I wanted something similar and in a reasonable price range. They were able to show me several mods that would be something that I would like. I picked one got a new tank. I am so happy with my purchase and the two guys who helped me out. I cannot recommend this place enough.

They have friendly knowledgeable staff that provide excellent customer service. No pressure to buy and plenty of time and information to get the right stuff for me. Great products and the lowest prices I've seen in the area. Very good selection. The products were some of the best I've had anywhere. My new go-to-place in Manhattan.

I have always had a good experience at this shop. Advice is freely shared and they are always willing to help sort out operation of the products. Recently I was locked out of my own house and my battery life was low. Sean/Shawn(not sure of spelling) kindly offered to let me borrow one until I was able to get back into my house and use my own. He went further since it was closing time and saw that i got safely into my home. He definitely went above and beyond. He turned a bad day into a positive experience. Thank you Sean ;)

Not a single good experience here. I've tried this shop 3 different times. First time in, they were out of the juice I wanted & gave me the wrong coils. Second time, they were out of 3 different juices I wanted. Today was the last straw. I was there a few minutes before open, which is supposed to be 10AM. Well 10 had came, the place still looked empty, but I tried the door anyway, it was still locked. I got back into my car & waited a few more minutes, yet still nobody opened. I proceeded to drive to their new, second location on Kimball. It's about 20 after by the time I reach there & they weren't open either, despite posted open time being 10AM. These people are lazy & careless. They come off as like a vapor bandwagon type, just in it for the money. Juicys is cheaper & the staff actually knows what they're doing.

We normally love this place the afternoon/evening staff rocks. But the owner "mom" isn't the greatest at customer service. She gave my guy a hard time about their military discount program. She told us that it's only for active duty and there was the policy posted. We looked and didn't see any policy. And being a military spouse I get it, but why cant they give it to the soldiers that already served their time? Many of those guys came back .... not the same. Don't they deserve a discount ? A small token of thanks for laying down their lives, leaving their families behind to fight for all Americans?
