I go to the shop everyday.. ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT THEY REALLY DO HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY CHARISMATIC & HELPFUL. THE MVP OF THE SHOP THO IS HUNTER!!! I absolutely love this smoke shop!! I bought a new toy yesterday with the help of Avery and Braiden, they answered all of my questions for a first time buyer. I did end up having a issue with my Falcon but I went in today and was helped by a very nice young lady (I didn't get her name) who swapped it out for me and it's now working perfectly! All around great store and they will continue to have my business.
Plus their rewards system is awesome and saved me 10%.

Braden was a ton of help. The shop was super clean and the employees were kind and tentative. No judgment or shame for not being the most knowledgeable. Braden took the time to explain the benefits of certain pipes over others and help me find one that fits my needs.

I used to come and purchase vapes at this store all the time and was a frequent customer but I've had an awful experience with the products the last 2 times I went. The last 2 times I went I purchased an esco bar. The first one kept firing without stop until it died about an hour after purchase. My 2nd visit I also bought an esco bar an it randomly died about 50 hits later when they are supposed to 2500 hits. I tried to exchange the vape on the 2nd time since it happened twice in a row and they wouldn't let me. All they offered me was 10% off on a new one, as if I want to get $2 off on a device that will probably break in a day. So there went $52 down the drain wasted.
