They tried to insist I wear a mask and tried to not serve me even though I have a disability saying I can't wear a mask and tried to get me to provide a note like I would have something like that on me everywhere I go. Your not allowed to ask about disabilities it's against the Americans with disabilities act. Then they tried to tell me I would have to order curbside next time with out one. What if I don't know what I want. The only reason it's two stars is because they actually sold to me instead of kicking me out completely. I will probably never go back which is sad cuz it's my boyfriend's favorite vape store

I went in there and the was a young lady that was very rude, and unhelpful. She was more concerned with a personal phone call than helping myself and the other 2 customers in there. She was very unprofessional. I don't understand what happened to this place. there used to be 2 guys that worked there and they were both very helpful and made sure I was satisfied. I have since boycotted this store due to there poor choice of employees.

This is why I love coming to this location the customer service and satisfaction is a top priority driving all the way from west valley city to Riverton and let me tell you the dive is worth it thanks to Bird today I was able to get my right coil and The service is a 10/10 thanks

Bought a mod on Saturday from house of vapes 2 days later went to change the atomizer and the tank would not spin off (Brand new mod never dropped) when I took it in they took my info and said they would call me. I go in a few days later and they say to come in the next day when the manager is there so I go the next day and the manager isn’t there and I’m told that they’re still trying to figure out what the manager wants to do and come in once again tomorrow so I do and I’m told that some guy named bird is going to come fix it tomorrow and that they would call me. So A week later I have to call them and they tell me the mod is bad and their policy is they won’t replace it. They sold me a defected mod and won’t replace it? On top of the countless times their uneducated employees hand me the wrong atomizer from what I ask and I don’t realize till I’m all the way home. I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else after so many mess ups!! WORST VAPE SHOP IN UTAH BY FAR!!

It's very well kept and organized. The merchandise is bomb. The staff are cool as hell, and are very knowledgeable about the shop and can answer any question. Laid back atmosphere and comfy couches.

This is by far the best smoke shop in the state. They have everything you could want! From about 100 different kinds of hookahs to every kind of sheesh. Tons of water pipe and it's the only smoke shop that I know of that has a temperature regulated cigar room. The service is phenomenal. I use to travel from west valley just to come here. Not it's from taylorsville. I would and have recommended this place to all of my friends and family

Awesome smoke shop definitly my favorite in the state. Super friendly staff and last time I went in Meghan happily answered all my stupid questions and spent a good amount of time trying to help me so shout out to her.
