This is by far the coolest vape shop I’ve ever been to!! Everyone was so helpful and kind. Shalae helped me out and recommended the best products and I’m very satisfied with my visit. The shop is kept clean and organized. Shalae was top notch at her job and very friendly:) 100% would recommend this place to all my friends!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Megan is super knowledgeable, helpful, nice & was fast to greet me. I came in right before about 5 other clients, although she was still helping me she was friendly and professional greeting everyone.
She actually listened to the kind of coil I was looking for, recommended a new product and why I'd enjoy it. Not pushy at all.
I went in for a coil, left with a better coil then I anticipated. Megan made sure the replacement tip I purchased fit correctly on my mod.
She also wasn't bothered that I decided to look at the Smok pen 22 Light Edition. She was quick to tell me what I'd like about it, showed the product and I purchased it.
I also decided to grab a new AQUA vape juice, I asked for an ICE flavor, she made sure I knew it was menthol which is what I wanted.
Megan informed me of all the current sales and even a marked down juice line on the counter.
I was ID'd and able to pay quickly while she bagged it all up.
Great selection, great staff who is knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are decent and as to be expected. You can buy the same products online sometimes cheaper but you won't get the personalized, individual attention like you will here.

I hate false advertising. This shop sent out a text today 11/25 stating their black friday deals. It said expires 11/28. I went in and they said they would not honor the advertised prices until Friday. The text clearly did not state a start date. I presumed like near every other retailer they were extending the dates to reduce the build up on one day. Not only did they refuse to honor the misleading ad they also are asking people to stack up during a pandemic in all time high numbers. As a business owner, repeat client and citizen im concerned about their business ethics shown for these two issues.
They sent this ad to their full text list. I do wonder how much more money they made when people came in on discount prices and bought something at normal prices because they wouldnt honor them.

This location has been my number one go to for anything vape as well as all the other line up of necessities. I visited tonight, Kaylee greated me and was extremely knowledgeable of the line of products you have! If it wasn't for her help I'd be in square one and frustrated as mad. I use to go to other smoke shops to buy vape products until I found House of Vapes. They usually have deals for you if you buy multiple vapes saving you money! Whenever I go I always ask for Hunter because his customer care skills are phenomenal. He also always gives great recommendations on products!

I've been into House Of Vapes a few times to purchase some vape juice and to be quite honest I wasn't too happy with the customer service that I had received. Today I was in the area and needed to pick up a new coil for my wife's Mod so I decided to give House Of Vapes another shot. I went in and a guy named Bird gave me the best service that I have received at any smoke shop. He was polite, professional, well spoken, and answered some questions that I had. I highly recommend House Of Vapes and ask for Bird! I will definitely be back because of him.
