Employee gave me the wrong juice. So I went back and asked them to correct it and was told all sales are final. I get that but when your employee makes the mistake it should be corrected. Instead the guy at the front made it seem like it was mine. Such a disappointment I've never been treated this way in the 3 years I've come here.

The smaller blond girl Kaylee I think I could be wrong about her name but very girl and so helpful and knowledgeable. She was great. I'll be back for sure I'll probably be in today and if I do I'll get the name straight and repost it thank you very much. You guys have one of the best selection of the the valley. Keep it going.

I went in earlier today, Megan helped me out when I didn’t know what juice or mod I needed. Very clean store and newly remodeled! I love the vibe of the shop, was a little warm in there though, but definitely worth the heat! Will be coming back to this shop again soon.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. They stay open far LATER than ANYONE else. Prices are comparable to every vape shop. I love this place cuz they are open when you need them open. (On holidays too)

Best smoke shope I've found. Truly awesome selection of vape products, with an immense selection of glass too. Just a huge inventory in general with a really cool set up as well. Best part is the customer service though (especially after going to most other shops). Super helpful staff, Bailey helped get me set up with a new vape and took plenty of time to get me up to speed on all available products since I'm a relative noob. Would definitely recommend for any smoking/vaping needs. My new favorite shop for sure.

Let me tell you something about this shop ppl.....there’s a young man working there by the name of hunter...when I say he took care of me like I was Elon musk in a Tesla dealership, I tell you no Lie my friends....this man smiles when I walk in remembers my name EVERY TIME...goes above and beyond helping me find what I’m looking for and makes sure I get the best bang for my buck...simply put you’ll be addicted to talking to this kid not the nicotine your buying! 10/10 would recommend this shop...will be returning for sure!
