So I have been to a LOT of vape shops throughout my many years of vaping. I don't know why I haven't reviewed this shop sooner. I've said other vape shops are great, but this is by far my favorite. They always have my hard to find favorite coils (M1+ for the horizon falcon king tank) , excellent prices, one of the best selection of juice and fresh juice at that. There is a shop closer to me but they don't carry my coils and twice the juice I bought was oxidized (yellow and harsh/peppery), now I always make the drive. Although I don't buy kratom from them or any other shop, they have a very big selection. Staff there is always friendly and knowledgeable, and lastly they are open quite a bit later than any other shop in the area.

Great location staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Savannah helped me today with getting new flavors and had amazing customer service. I’ve gotten all my vape stuff here and recommend it for anyone in the area!!!

My go to smoke shop for several years now. Way cool staff and there open late. They also have a loyalty program. Ive bought everything from mods and disposables to dab rigs and grinders ! Did alot of my christmas shopping here actually for all the smokers in my life hehe.. anyways ill probably be there later today puff away!!

As a non smoker/non vape user I can not says as to these products. However the employees of this store have no understanding of customer service, the prices of the 18650 batteries, and 4 Bay charger for the batteries are not competitive charger was almost double that of Vapor Craziness. I was told flat no returns however the signs where not clearly visible. Now I can understand a policy for something like cigarettes and oils, and items which can not be easily determined to be unused and Un opened. However a set of batteries and a charger still sealed in the box, and which can be resold is a horbile disservice to your customers. I went down to Vapor Craziness had they had a car charge adaptor they would have just given me one though i would have paid for it. Now that is unmatched customer service. ***Edit in response to reply *** accusing someone of being the competitor is not showing customer service you have no idea who I am you have not reached out to me to find out if I could be at all helped. Now I actually attempted to get a way to communicate with you in a more private manner, as this really didn't need to be put in a public review. However your manager told me the only way that I could get in touch with you was to leave a review so I did. I simply went into your store to buy 18 650 batteries and a charger for a flashlight. As I was referred to you saying you had good prices I sensed learned otherwise.

They are a bit pricey, but the staff is always super friendly and super nice. They have a huge selection of everything all in all one of the better shops out there.

This is by far the best vape shop in the valley!! The guys working are so dope, Mo hooked it up so fat, he knew everything about anything in the shop. They keep the place so clean. Definitely my go to place to shop now.

First time in the Riverton shop. Super friendly and helpful staff. Staff member the Bird was the best!!! Super helpful and knowledgeable. Helped out a bunch my knowledge is limited lol. Definitely would come back again!

Just went to this dump of a place, I bought a vape pen and it didn't work, so I came back thinking they would exchange their product that didn't work seeing as I had bought it 5 mins earlier. They told me since I had opened it and attempted to use it that I was more than welcome to buy another one but they would not exchange it. They are a bunch of teenagers with no business sense and I don't know how this shop gets 4+ stars because the people running are incredibly rude and unreasonable.
