One of, if not the best vape/smoke shop in the valley. It’s definitely my favorite! They’re always super nice and helpful, whether it’s just grabbing what you need or helping you decide on something when you’re unsure about. I was helped by Anthony today and he definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of! Tons of products and an impressive glass selection as well. I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

This shop sold me a defective product. I asked the employee, Anthony, before making the purchase if I could return it if defective. He assured me I could.
When I attempted to return it, I was rudely informed by a different employee that there were no exchanges or returns. Anthony was there too but said nothing.
I asked specifically because I had purchased a product from the same company, and working with them to replace the item took six months. I explained this to Anthony when I made the purchase, and he assured me I could return it.
I hope it won’t take as long with the warranty this time, but in the meantime, I will not be returning to this store. The employee should not have told me I could return the item if that’s against the store’s policy.
Very, very poor customer service here. Zero stars.
UPDATE: The response from the shop below is incorrect. It was exactly two weeks after purchase. The item was purchased on Wednesday, Nov. 16, and attempted to be returned on Wednesday, Nov. 30.
This shop is not near my home. I’m in the area on Wednesdays, and they stocked the item I was seeking, which is the only reason I went there. So it will be easy for me to avoid this shop in the future.
I should have read these other reviews before making a purchase at the store.

Never coming back here again. They did absolutely nothing to help me or fix the problem that they caused. They sold me the wrong product. Anyone else would fix their mistake but not these idiots
