All of the staff are super nice and helpful! It’s always really nice walking into a place where people who work there have a happy vibe! Great prices as well and such good variety!

Staff was nice but I paid waaaay over what I should've for my mod. No place online or in store has it over 50(general price though 37 bucks) yet I was charged 90 for mine. And of course there's a no return policy. And honestly when I took it out it isn't even what it looks like on the box so I'm stuck with something I don't like and could've bought 2 of after it was done. I'm super bummed and very disappointed.

We drive 30 miles to go to Nephos they always take great care of us.. when we haven't been in in a while they send us 5.00 off or better discount to keep us coming back. Great staff always friendly.

You guys are awesome. The guy who helped us was new and made a mistake but they took great care of us and made it right. Nephos has a great selection and Awsome staff and customer service is off the hook... That's why we drive from Brownsville. Best vape shop in the Valley.

This is without a doubt the best vape shop I have ever been to. Not only do they have everything under the sun, but the employees are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It’s always a great experience going into Nephos!

I relatively new to vaping. Been to half a dozen vape shops that all seem to be fine. But then I happened into Nephos and wow. First off the prices are stellar. But more than that these folks know the vaping science inside and out. Super helpful. Super friendly. I would hang out with any of them. Since my first visit in, I'm enjoying vaping on an entirely new level. Having the right coils, the right juice and my vape mod at the fine tuned settings has made all the difference. And today, on top of all that, they are training a new girl and she is adorable. Plus they gave me a coupon for my birthday. Oh and the first time in I had my daughter 2 years old, so they came out side and catered to me at the care since she's too young to go inside. Just epic professional all the way. Thanks Nephos for setting the bar and going above and beyond.

Love this place everyone is very friendly and I always find myself standing there chatting with the people after they've helped me when it's not too busy. They have a wide variety of vape stuffs and they also sell some very cool glass for some of you 420 friendly peeps. The pricing is pretty fair although it has gone up a bit since they moved downstairs but still by far my favorite vape shop in the Eugene Springfield area

The staff here is amazing, always super welcoming, funny and willing to take the time that is needed to make sure you are all set to go! Never a feeling of upselling but they make damn sure you have everything you need before you leave! I live in Seattle and will continue to drive down or shop this business online because of the consistent experience they provide.

Amazing place! I always say that it’s Vape Christmas in there. A whole wall of vape juice to pick from and shelves of disposable vapes. Staff is ALWAYS friendly without a doubt. Alex helped me the last few times and is very kind and helpful. This is the only vape shop that I will go to. I HIGHLY recommend.

Knowledgeable friendly staff and they helped me discover two new flavors of ejuice I absolutely LOVE!!! Bakers Basket which is a lemon biscotti and One eyed turtle that is a superb salted caramel pretzel. I'll be going back!!!
